When You Eat Lobster For Breakfast

Last day of lobster season was yesterday.  We landed all the traps, and today we relax and recuperate from a difficult season of ups and downs.

I brought lobster home and we cooked three pots full as they will be the last lobster we see until next year.

After sleeping in until 5:30 AM,  I began reading and blogging in bed.

Now I’m up and I was trying to figure out something for breakfast. This proved to require more mental energy than I am able to muster this morning.

So I took the easy option. Lobster!

At a puny $3:50 a pound from my buyer, lobster is almost half the price of bacon. So I’m just doing it.

Hey, Lobsters are red like the Canadian flag…. it’s for patriotism I dive in to the wee red ones this morning. Ahem….!
